The easiest way to place an order is by phone or email to check availability of dates. Try to plan ahead, we have weekends that book up so even if you're not sure exactly what you want, put down a non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Or stop into the shop, our staff is happy to discuss orders in person! Please be aware that our bakers and cake decorators come in early and are not always available to speak.

Yes! Any cake, requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit which will be charged and applied to your cake. Any changes to size, flavor or design must be made at least 4 days in advance. Any postponements also require 4 days notice or the full balance is due.

Sugar Hi books occasion cakes weeks in advance, and can only take a certain amount of cakes per week, so we recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the details! Once a weekend is fully booked we are not able to take any more cakes. Last minute orders may be available if the day has not been fully booked.

Our cakes and kitchen are nut free, however, we use products that are produced in the same factory as nuts and we do sell some items with nuts in the store (again, that are not made in our kitchen).

We do offer a gluten free cake that can be pre-ordered, and we have a few gluten free baked goods, along with our delicious chocolates. We do not have any vegan options (yet, working on it)

No, Sugar Hi does not offer sheet cakes.

Deliveries are only available on large tiered cakes and must be arranged in advance. We are on DoorDash, with a limited menu.

• What ages do your birthday parties start at? We host parties for kids 5 years and older.
• Can parents stay at the parties? Unfortunately no, our parties are drop off only. Our party room is too small to have additional guests. Just the birthday parents and grandparents!
• Do you offer at-home birthday parties? No, we only host birthday parties in our party room at Sugar Hi.
