Sugar Hi cannot guarantee date/time of delivery! We always ship in a timely manner. However, once it leaves our store, it is out of our control. Fed Ex can experience transit and weather delays which can affect your arrival date. Therefore Sugar Hi cannot be held responsible and we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries.
